Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead sales for TBC (Channel) products portfolios, focusing on both new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include building relationships, obtaining orders, and representing TBC at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Determine how TBC can meet customer priorities and needs.
• Support customers with mid to long-term solutions.
• Manage daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Keep management informed with activity and results reports.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets and contribute to group profitability.
• Monitor competition and recommend changes in products, services, and policies.
• Sell all TBC offerings across multiple delivery platforms and SCaaS solutions.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops and professional publications.
• Resolve customer complaints and develop solutions.
• Use CRM platform for customer, sales, marketing, and customer service interactions.
• Mentor and support other Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years B2B industry experience with a wide product portfolio knowledge.
• Previous experience managing senior-level strategic accounts.
• Ability to build formal and informal customer support networks within TBC.
• Previous TBC product portfolio management experience.
• Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license and MOTUS/CARDATA compliant vehicle.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• BS or equivalent degree preferred.
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish/English are a plus.
