About the role
This is a technical, relationship-driven sales role focused on deepening and expanding accounts with major medical device manufacturers. You will work directly with customer engineering teams on new product introductions while running long B2B sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships across a portfolio of established medical device OEM accounts.
- Penetrate adjacent business units within existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and operations to shepherd opportunities through qualification and design-in.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years selling directly into medical device OEMs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or a Technical Degree, OR minimum 10-15+ years of technical sales experience as a substitute
- Direct relationships or account history with Abbott, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Intuitive Surgical, GE Healthcare, Siemens, or similar life sciences companies
- Comfortable working from a home office after an initial onboarding/training period, with periodic travel
- Demonstrated long sales-cycle discipline (multi-month to multi-year deals)
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under ITAR/EARUS

Benefits

- $130k - $160k base, plus bonus (targeting 30-45% of plan)
