Responsibilities
- Serve a select group of customers as the primary MFA contact.
- Spend 80% of time in Centralia, MO, focusing on Corn and Soybean sales.
- Develop the customer relationship and help the customer grow their business.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Develop innovative solutions for customers that support MFA products and services and improve the current offerings.
- Work in Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development to implement and promote the company's sales goals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in agriculture is preferred.
- 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in Corn and Soybean sales.
- Good working knowledge of Agronomy.
- Live in or within commuting distance of Centralia, MO.
- Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%).
- Strong sales skills and a proven record of sales success.
