About the role
Join KARINE MARTEL's team as a Key Account Lead and play a key role in driving excellence and flawless execution supporting an important customer in the protein packaging industry located primarily in the Wichita, Kansas region—while helping build a more sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a large protein packaging account.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness, product quality and on time delivery.
- Support packaging trials, product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate account forecasts and provide visibility into customer demand and future opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Key Account Management experience (protein packaging industry experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success managing large national or multi-site customer accounts within manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, food processing or related industries.
- Strong track record of negotiation, growth, and relationship management at the senior level.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence key stakeholders.
- Comfort with travel up to 20-40% within the U.S.
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with CRM tools.

Skills
You're a natural fit for Key Account Lead if you have:
