Core Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and build business strategies.
- Collaborate with market teams to develop and implement account-specific business plans.
- Successfully add new Curium products to assigned health system, hospital, and account formularies.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with marketing team and leadership to track progress on initiatives with key accounts.
- Coordinate with market team to pull through formulary additions and managed care access opportunities.
- Develop relationships with Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
- Conduct daily calls with key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas.
- Apply consultative skills to understand customer preferences and influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet/exceed customer needs.
- Streamline compliance and administrative tasks to meet expectations.
Essential Functions

- Work with the market team to develop relationships with Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
- Conduct daily calls with key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas.
- Apply consultative skills to understand customer preferences and influence decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- 10 or more years relevant experience with 5 years leadership experience preferred.
- Prior high level account management experience preferred.
- Experience leading initiatives across academic medical centers, hospitals, oncology, or specialized pharmaceutical-based areas preferred.
- Deep experience calling on hospitals and IDNs; strong institutional awareness and navigation of AMCs/IDNs, with a history of attaining top-tier awards.
- Demonstrated success bringing products to formulary and advancing access/contract pull-through.
- Experience driving account progress with a strong sense of urgency amid ambiguity, adapts account strategy quickly to changing conditions, makes timely decisions.
- Experience operating in partnership and collaboration with other stakeholders cross functionally, motivating others.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills, analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ethical behavior, adherence to all compliance standards.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reside in-territory.
- Proficiency with CRM and business tools.
- Willingness to travel to support the customer base and business objectives.
Working Conditions
- This field-based leadership position requires frequent travel, including some weekends, within an assigned region.
- Must be willing to travel approximately 70% including overnight travel.
