  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting to measure performance across order intake, allocation, fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance, Demand Planning, and Wholesale teams to validate forecast accuracy and ensure alignment with operational execution.
  • Analyze variances between forecast, pipeline, and actuals, highlighting risks to revenue realization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP order processing and EDI integration (850, 860, 856, 810), ensuring data integrity and process reliability.
  • Oversee the monitoring and validation of EDI purchase orders, ensuring accurate ingestion into SAP and compliance with customer-specific requirements.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain and order management issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize workflows across brands, improving efficiency and scalability-particularly in SAP and EDI processes.
  • Act as SME for cross-functional projects, including system enhancements and post-migration stabilization efforts.
  • Drive alignment between US Sales, European Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Inventory Control, and Logistics teams.

  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders for order completeness, pricing accuracy, and execution milestones.
  • Define and monitor critical wholesale KPIs, including order processing accuracy, fulfillment performance, on-time delivery, and invoicing timelines.
  • Assess operational performance against routing guides, EDI compliance, and customer requirements, mitigating risks such as chargebacks.

  • Strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate data into business insights and executive-level messaging.
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling); Power BI experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments, particularly within system transformations (e.g., SAP migrations).
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
