About the role

The Kent Kwik Store Manager oversees Guest Services and manages various operational tasks such as expense control, cash and inventory management, and maximizing sales and profits.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops team members
• Operates and uses all equipment necessary to run the store
• Cash handling experience
• Engages customers positively and approachably
• Maintains a clean, stocked store
• Multi-tasks and works in a fast-paced environment
• Unloads, organizes, and transports merchandise
• Stocks and recovers merchandise
• Handles customer funds and processes transactions
• Monitors customer activity for safety and security
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous management experience
• Age: 18 years+ and passes a drug test
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Information

Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily, lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 55 lbs.), climb ladders, step stools, and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
