Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the animal rescue facility
- Ensure the welfare of the animals under care
- Manage the staff and provide training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Biology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in animal care and management
- Experience working with rescue organizations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of animal behavior and nutrition
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Schedule
