Description
PetVet Care Centers' Fayette Veterinary Medical Center is currently seeking a Kennel Assistant to join their team!
We are a full-service General Practice hospital with appointments, surgery, grooming, and boarding.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience with cats and dogs is required
- This is a strenuous job that requires a lot of lifting, cleaning, and constant motion
- Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks may include standing for long period of times/walking
- May involve some stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Some tasks involve the periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, usually involving lifting or carrying moderately heavy animals (up to 50 pounds)
Schedule
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday (off on Thursdays); 7 am - 5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch.
Weekends as needed
