About the role

As a Kinaxis Business Architect at Kearney, you will bridge business strategy, supply chain transformation, and technology execution. You will help clients design, optimize, and enable end-to-end planning capabilities on advanced planning platforms such as Kinaxis Maestro. You will lead blueprinting efforts that translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, ensuring planning processes, data needs, and decision flows are clearly defined and aligned with business goals. You will also assess whether clients are realizing expected value from their supply chain planning solutions and identify opportunities to improve adoption, performance, and business outcomes. This is primarily a delivery-focused role, with occasional support for business development activities as engagements and client opportunities require.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting activities that translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, including process flows, planning logic, data requirements, roles, and decision-support needs.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to define current-state challenges, future-state processes, and functional requirements.
• Design business processes and solution architecture across supply chain planning areas, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, sales and operations planning, capacity planning
