Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business' home-grown solutions into best-in-class Anaplan models
  • Lead end-to-end Anaplan Implementations - identifying requirements, defining scope, architecting solutions, developing optimized models, documenting processes, and training product owners
  • Mentor, develop, and coach junior and senior model builders through daily activities

Who You Are

  • Bring Anaplan Level 3 certification and are a Certified Anaplan Solution Architect
  • Bring 3+ years of experience implementing Anaplan as a Model Builder, including at least 1 year in a Solutions Architect role
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in business consulting, including requirements definition, business analysis, and delivery of end to end client facing solutions using Anaplan Agile methodologies
  • Offer experience across multiple industries, with exposure to 2–3 markets such as Energy, Finance, or related domains
  • Demonstrate expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced spreadsheet modeling, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Bring hands on experience in FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management, Sales Performance Management, Sales and Operations Planning, or Integrated Business Planning
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, independently managing communications and engagements

Base Salary

Base Salary: $130k-$190k

Note: Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
