Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Lager- und Auftragsabwicklung in Teilzeit

About the role

You will handle commercial order processing, from order entry and confirmation to goods dispatch and invoicing. You will manage and monitor goods receiving and outgoing, ensure timely shipping, process customer complaints, and maintain excellent customer care. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Purchasing colleagues, maintain master data, and support the accounting department, for example by checking incoming invoices. You will also coordinate shipping processes and communication with logistics and shipping service providers.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in commercial order processing, ideally with exposure to warehouse and logistics processes
• Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, and merchandise management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• IT affinity as well as service and customer orientation
• Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
