Kathrine McCoy Architect is seeking a Senior Project Architect with at least 5 years experience to join our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with experience in all phases of design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Leading a project from concept design through project completion
• Developing traditional project details for traditional buildings
• Translating design into a tidy drawing set
• Crafting bespoke homes that reflect clients' vision and lifestyle

Requirements

• A strong aesthetic sense
• A professional degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D rendering and hand drawing skills are a plus

Qualifications

• Experience with traditional buildings and developing traditional project details
• Experience leading a project from concept design through project completion
