Karting Technician

Cinergy Entertainment is looking for Karting Technicians to set the stage for magical, state-of-the-art experiences for our guests. This role blends technical mechanical work with guest interaction to ensure a safe, functional, and fun entertainment experience. Responsibilities

• Perform daily performance checks and repairs on electric go-karts, including inspecting brakes, steering systems, and electrical components
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the track, pit, and kart mechanic shop to meet safety standards
• Keep accurate logs of all repairs, parts inventory, and special maintenance projects
• Represent “MAGIC” values and interact with guests during operating hours while monitoring safety guidelines
• Assist with Pit Crew and Track Marshall duties to ensure safety guidelines are followed during track operations

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Able to read and communicate in English
• Ability to understand basic instructions and follow a checklist of tasks
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools
• Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
• Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
• Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
• Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
