Foster curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning in K-12 students.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Design and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
• Achieve and adjust instructional methods based on student needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and school culture.
• Participate in school events and activities to support the educational mission.
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, legible, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of students, equipment, materials, and facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Preferred teacher certification.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching elementary grades.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and technology skills.
