K-12 Substitute SPED Teacher Needed
About the role
Kreyco (formerly known as Language Learning Network) is a nationwide organization specializing in preK-12 education. We support students of all kinds by building strong partnerships between schools and teachers. We have multiple on-site, K-12th grade substitute SPED teaching opportunities available for the 2026-2027 school year.
Kreyco teachers are qualified, passionate, and dedicated. They may come from diverse backgrounds and have work experience in a wide range of careers, but they all share a common goal: having a positive impact on student learning, growth, and development. We welcome teachers with or without certification and assist them in obtaining certification while they teach.
We ensure all teachers have everything they need to be successful in the classroom, including a comprehensive curriculum, coaching and mentorship, and professional development at no cost.
Responsibilities
- Teach K-12th grade students in a special education (SPED) substitute role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Reside in the US and within commutable distance to the school
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to commute to the school site
- Complete a background check
Schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime teaching hours only (no night or weekend classes).
Pay
Payment varies by teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,100 weekly. The payment structure includes holidays and school breaks.
Employment type: 1099 independent contractor.
