What You Will Do
- Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
- Mentor and develop skills of each youth individually.
- Create a supportive environment for youth’s needs.
- Monitor and document behaviors and activities.
- Assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other professionals to meet each youth’s treatment plan goals.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry

Schedule
- 4 days on/3 off
- 3 days on/4 off
- Day Shift: 7am – 8pm (12-hour shift *1 hour break *)
- Night Shift: 7pm – 8am (12-hour shift *1 hour break *)
Pay
$20.50 - $21.50 per hour based on education and experience.
