About the Role
We are seeking dependable Junk Removal Specialists to support property cleanouts, turnovers, and renovation projects across our portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on property needs, allowing you to accept work that fits your availability.
Responsibilities
- Remove and haul away unwanted items (furniture, appliances, debris, construction materials)
- Perform property cleanouts for residential and light commercial spaces
- Load, transport, and dispose of items responsibly
- Sweep and leave spaces clean after removal
- Identify items that can be donated or recycled when applicable
- Communicate job status and completion updates
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have a truck, trailer, or hauling vehicle
- Prior junk removal, moving, or labor experience (preferred)
- Able to lift heavy items (furniture, appliances, debris, etc.)
- Knowledge of proper disposal, recycling, and donation practices
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently
