Junk Removal Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking dependable Junk Removal Specialists to support property cleanouts, turnovers, and renovation projects across our portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on property needs, allowing you to accept work that fits your availability.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul away unwanted items (furniture, appliances, debris, construction materials)
• Perform property cleanouts for residential and light commercial spaces
• Load, transport, and dispose of items responsibly
• Sweep and leave spaces clean after removal
• Identify items that can be donated or recycled when applicable
• Communicate job status and completion updates

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have a truck, trailer, or hauling vehicle
• Prior junk removal, moving, or labor experience (preferred)
• Able to lift heavy items (furniture, appliances, debris, etc.)
• Knowledge of proper disposal, recycling, and donation practices
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently
