Responsibilities
- Represent the company to customers, ensuring smooth interactions and satisfaction
- Drive and transport furniture and junk items safely and efficiently
- Handle heavy items and assist with lifting as needed
- Communicate with customers about their needs and provide excellent service
- Ensure all items are properly disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for NY, NJ, CT, and PA
- Minimum 3 years of accident-free and violation-free driving record
- Experience driving a small truck and handling heavy items
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
- Energetic and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with communication and presentation of services

Pay
The pay range for Movers/Drivers is $17-$18.50 per hour, plus customer tips. Navigators earn $16.50 per hour, plus tips. After 3 months of training and good standing, there may be a bump in pay.
Schedule
Weekday and weekend shifts are available, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate seasonal changes.

Career Growth
After 3 months of training, there is potential for a pay increase based on performance and qualifications.
COVID-19 Considerations
All employees must be fully vaccinated and willing to get a second dose as soon as possible. Boosters are not currently required.
Commute/Relocation
Successful candidates must be able to commute to Astoria, NY 11106 and be willing to relocate before starting work.
