About the role
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Watchlist Analyst Junior with a TS/SCI clearance to support national security operations. The ideal candidate will conduct structured analytical reviews, perform multi-source research, prepare written analytical products, and provide mentorship to junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured analytical reviews of intelligence datasets or related records.
- Perform multi-source research and data validation across classified intelligence systems.
- Prepare written analytical products in accordance with government formatting and classification standards.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts involved in watchlisting processes, as appropriate.
- Apply knowledge of global terrorist organizations, including nomenclature, areas of operation, leadership structures, known activities, and ideological drivers.
- Navigate and utilize DoD intelligence databases effectively while maintaining compliance with national watchlisting policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience conducting structured analytical reviews of intelligence datasets or related records.
- Ability to conduct multi-source research and data validation across classified intelligence systems.
- Experience preparing written analytical products in accordance with government formatting and classification standards.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community counterterrorism missions and watchlisting processes.
- Familiarity with Terrorist Identity Nomination (TIN) processes or similar reporting workflows.
- Experience working with DoD or Intelligence Community databases and analytical tools.
- Knowledge of global terrorist networks, leadership structures, and operational methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3+ years of relevant intelligence or analytical experience, or additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree, subject to waiver approval.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community counterterrorism missions and watchlisting processes.
- Experience supporting watchlisting, identity intelligence, or counterterrorism analysis missions.
- Familiarity with Terrorist Identity Nomination (TIN) processes or similar reporting workflows.
- Experience working with DoD or Intelligence Community databases and analytical tools.
- Knowledge of global terrorist networks, leadership structures, and operational methodologies.

Pay
$60,000 - $65,000 annually.
