Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Fair Chance Notices CaliforniaLos Angeles IncorporatedLos Angeles UnincorporatedPhiladelphiaSan Francisco" We need to extract sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe also Requirements?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have "About Us" which includes Pay Philosophy and benefits. Also there is a link to benefits. We have no explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We have "Qualifications" heading repeated twice? Actually "Qualifications Qualifications". The content after that is qualifications list. We have "Skills" maybe not explicit but we can infer from qualifications: decision making, analytical, communication, legal reading, interpersonal, relationship building, business/financial/risk awareness. Could be considered skills. But we need to only create sections if posting has real specific content for it. The qualifications list includes skills; we could put them under Skills section. However we also have Qualifications section for experience/education. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Qualifications and Skills sections if content exists. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the exact qualifications list. We need to decide what goes where. "About the role": description paragraph(s) about role: "The Junior Underwriter, Tax role provides a rare opportunity..." plus maybe the GTS training paragraph? Actually that paragraph starts with "GTS is proud of its reputation..." which seems part of role description. It says "This role is responsible for assisting more experienced tax insurance underwriters..." That's responsibilities. So we need to split. Let's parse: First sentence: "The Junior Underwriter, Tax role provides a rare opportunity to develop your career as part of a market-leading, dedicated team of underwriting professionals. We are looking for an intelligent and enthusiastic candidate to assist more experienced underwriters in underwriting bespoke tax liability insurance policies covering potential tax liability as a result of M&A transactions, internal restructurings, tax incentives related to investments in renewable energy, and other transactions." That's about the role. Then: "The Successful Candidate Will Attend To The Following Responsibilities GTS is proud of its reputation for training and developing staff and as such, this role offers great potential for an individual with a strong tax and legal (and/or M&A background) interested in establishing or further developing expertise in this exciting and growing sector of the insurance market. This role is responsible for assisting more experienced tax insurance underwriters with respect to underwriting tax liability insurance risks including:" Then list of responsibilities. Thus we can have About the role: first paragraph(s) before responsibilities. Responsibilities: the list after colon. Qualifications: the list after "Qualifications Qualifications". Actually there is duplicate word; we treat as heading. Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications list items that are skills: "Sound decision making and analytical skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong legal reading skills and broad understanding of legal and contract concepts; Interpersonal and relationship building skills; Business, financial and risk awareness/understanding a plus;" Those are skills. Also "CPA and MST, or legal degree and tax LLM." is qualification/education. Thus we could separate Qualifications (experience/education) and Skills (skillset). But the instructions say we can have both sections if content exists. We need to preserve all substantive info; we must not lose any detail. So we can put experience/education under Qualifications, and skill items under Skills. Benefits: The posting mentions benefits via link and description: "comprehensive benefits, workplace flexibility, professional development opportunities, and a host of opportunities provided through our Employee Resource Groups." Also "We put people first by offering you benefits that support your life and well-being." So we have benefits content. Pay: There's "Pay Philosophy:" paragraph about salary range determined by factors, full salary range reflects competitive labor market value, opportunity to progress, some roles have compensation plan with commission/bonus. That's pay info. Schedule: none. We must not include boilerplate: EEO statement, Fair Chance Notices, etc. Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines: there is "Qualifications Qualifications". We'll just treat as heading Qualifications once. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment. Thus produce something like:
