About the Role
We are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create reusable RPA components and automation frameworks.
- Develop and test bots to automate repetitive business tasks.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Developers to gather automation requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and process design documents (PDDs).
- Follow RPA governance, security, and best practices.
- Support automation deployment and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest UiPath and RPA technologies.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience or knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Basic knowledge of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Understanding of RPA concepts and workflow automation.
- Basic programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office automation.
- Understanding of APIs and web automation concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and version control concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
