Job Description
- Provide legal counsel on employment law matters, including compliance and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and documents.
- Advise clients on workplace policies and procedures.
- Represent clients in employment disputes and litigation.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Conduct research to support legal positions and strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
The Successful Applicant
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the bar in California.
- Experience with employment law matters, including litigation and compliance.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
