Junior Tennis Assistant Instructor

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team up with our Junior Tennis Coordinator to make sure kids have a blast while learning tennis.
• Work alongside other instructors to create a supportive, fun environment for young players.
• Lead by example! Show the kids the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and good vibes.
• Make sure every camper is safe and ready to go by checking for any cuts or injuries before starting activities.
• Help guide kids from station to station while making sure they’re engaged and having fun.
• Absorb assistance with snack and lunch times – because hydration and fuel are key to a great day!
• Be part of the check-in/check-out process to ensure smooth and safe transitions.
• Act as the link between tennis pros and parents, delivering messages with care and professionalism.
• Always keep things positive and professional around kids and parents, setting the tone for great interactions.
• Help other instructors when needed, but always keep an eye on your campers!
• Follow safety procedures and report any concerns immediately to Assistant Tennis Pros.
• Maintain the right ratio of counselors to campers, making sure every kid gets the attention they need.
• Take care of tennis equipment, keeping everything ready for action!
• Provide excellent service to our members, guests, and team.
• Help out in the Tennis Shop if needed – more opportunities to learn and grow!
