Position Overview
Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Systems Training Developer/Analyst to join our growing learning and development consulting team. You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge, Instructor-Led Training, self-paced eLearning courses and system training simulations using rapid training development tools. Your expertise will be crucial in creating highly effective learning products that drive user adoption and proficiency in enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
- Develop a comprehensive range of training materials related to enterprise systems and processes, including e-learning modules, training presentations, system simulations, instructor-led training materials, and quick reference guides
- Leverage industry-leading tools (e.g., SEN, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline, Assima) to create innovative and effective training materials in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain a consistent design approach across all training materials
- Manage project assignments by prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient project execution aligned with schedules and budgets
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in Instructional Design and adult learning theories
Required Skillsets
- Must be a U.S. citizen physically located in the U.S.
- Availability to work primarily on Eastern Standard Time (EST), as well as across multiple time zones on a flex schedule
- Training Development: Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of training development experience, specifically in enterprise systems and applications training within a corporate or consulting environment
- Team Collaboration and Quality: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a team to produce high-quality work deliverables aligned with client expectations with a strong attention to detail
- English Grammar: Exceptional English language skills, including a deep understanding of grammar in both writing and speaking
- Data Analysis & Learning Assessment: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to measure and report on training effectiveness
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Superior collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility: Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing timelines, requirements and priorities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline
