Junior Software Engineer

About the role

Develop and design THAAD simulation software JEDI in C++ and Ada. Implement new THAAD software updates and add additional capabilities. Develop test plans and procedures, and create detailed test reports. Complete Software Problem Reports and Change Requests. Translate user inputs into software requirements. Execute and evaluate applications prior to formal delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; 0 years of experience (additional 6 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree)
• Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Proficiency in C++ programming
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with test execution
