Junior Software Engineer

The Role

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug mission-critical software using modern languages like Java.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle within Agile frameworks.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git for workflow management and team collaboration.
Create and maintain essential documentation and specifications for design, development, and testing.
Identify and proactively address potential technical roadblocks.
Plan and estimate development tasks, contributing to performance metric improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience.
• US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Java/C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JS frameworks like React.
• Demonstrated ability to apply software development process fundamentals.
• A strong, self-motivated desire to learn new technologies and techniques.
