Junior Software Developer (Clearance Required)
Responsibilities
Apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve complex mission challenges.
Develop cutting edge solutions that maximize system performance, stability, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities.
Design and implement high-performance, scalable applications using modern software engineering best practices.
Collaborate in an Agile development environment, working closely with clients to rapidly iterate on requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with a current Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience; OR Master's degree with 1 years of related experience; OR associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience; OR High School diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- Full-stack software development experience using Python and JavaScript
- Experience with one or more database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB)
- Understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance best practices
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern software development methodologies
- Proficiency with Git version control and pull request workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to manage and support multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments
- Knowledge of Python web frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask
- Ability to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple layers of the software stack
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Proficiency in Python3

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
