About the role
Performs routine assignments using existing procedures within a job discipline to solve routine or standard problems and generally receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more experienced colleagues or supervisors. This level may include individuals in entry-level roles, typically graduates, and may require a degree, formal education, or relevant prior work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develops the visual conceptualization and creative development of integrated marketing, advertising, digital, social, experiential, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms and media channels.
- Develops visual storytelling approaches, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives while ensuring cohesive and impactful visual experiences.
- Collaborates with copywriting, design, production, strategy, technology, and client teams to guide the execution of high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand expression, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The requirement may increase over time, with many agencies already requiring five days of in-office attendance.
Pay
$65,000 per year.
