Junior Sales Executive
About the role
Average of 2-3 years of experience in the financial services/insurance related field or marketing experience within an insurance environment.
High degree of self-motivation, excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills, and leadership skills.
Detailed-oriented and highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Establish new IPFS contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers.
- Build and grow strong relationships through personal calls as well as contacts established at trade shows and through other insurance related organizations.
- Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the IPFS portfolio of active customers.
- Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers using the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce.
- Present the IPFS premium finance package and online training for the IPFS Quoting System and Account Info System to qualified targets.
- Foster good working relationships with multiple IPFS Regional Managers and support Associates including a number of different Account Executives.
Requirements
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Louisville, KY area to support clients within the assigned sales territory.
Qualifications
College Graduate or equivalent experience.
