What You’ll Do
- Possess and prospect daily through cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach
- Generate and qualify new leads within the Baton Rouge business community
- Schedule appointments and build a strong sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and business owners
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to close deals
- Track all activity in CRM and stay organized with follow-ups
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- A highly motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in person
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and prospecting
- A goal-oriented with a desire to grow into a top sales performer
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 + commission
