Junior Sales Assistant

About the role

FASTSIGNS of Burien-West Seattle is hiring a Junior Sales Assistant. This role is sometimes referred to as a "Sales Designer" due to the ability to suggest designs and finishes for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Making good communication your top priority. This involves talking with customers face-to-face and following up with them via phone, text, and email.
• Fielding inbound calls and emails from clients and prospects, assessing needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Writing up estimates and orders and clearly communicating with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure quality products are delivered to clients.
• Aiding the sales, design, and production/installation teams to meet clients' needs. The team works closely together to serve customers effectively.
• Using your creativity to recommend the best solutions for clients' visual communication needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma.
• A valid driver’s license.

Compensation

$21 - $23 hourly based on sign industry or sales knowledge.
