We need to output HTML fragment only, with sections as needed. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We have job overview description: we can put under About the role (or maybe Overview). The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "About APTIM" and "What You Can Expect From APTIM" and "Employee Benefits". Also pay range. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to parse content: Job Overview paragraph: "APTIM is seeking a Junior Safety and Industrial Hygiene Specialist to support health and safety programs within a multidisciplinary R&D laboratory environment. Working under the guidance of Senior EH&S and technical specialists, this position will provide hands-on support for laboratory chemical safety, industrial hygiene, lasers and non-ionizing radiation, lithium-ion batteries, and biosafety program activities. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with prior laboratory safety experience, who enjoys working directly with researchers and engineers to evaluate hazards, implement practical controls, and promote a strong laboratory safety culture." That's about the role. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: list bullet points. Basic Qualifications: list bullet points. Preferred Additional Credentials: bullet. About APTIM: paragraph. What You Can Expect From APTIM: bullet list? Actually it's a list of statements: "Work that is worthy of your time and talent", "Respect and flexibility to live a full life at work and at home", etc. Those are substantive; could be under Benefits? But they are more about culture. Could be under About the role? Might be better as a separate section like "What to Expect". But only allowed headings from list. Could put under Benefits? Not exactly. Could put under Skills? Not. Could put under Qualifications? Not. Could put under Responsibilities? Not. Could put under About the role? Might be okay to include as part of About the role? But they are separate. We have Employee Benefits: detailed list. Pay: "As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $30-40 per hour and depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM." Schedule: Not mentioned. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Basic Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Additional Credentials), Skills (maybe computer skills etc), Benefits, Pay. We need to decide mapping. Basic Qualifications: could be Requirements. Preferred Additional Credentials: could be Qualifications. Skills: maybe "Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills required. Must have proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint Online, etc." Also ability to wear PPE, work onsite, driving record. Those could be Skills. But we must not invent sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. Let's craft:

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint); ability to wear PPE and work safely in lab environments; willingness to travel locally and work onsite ≥3 days/week; good driving record.

But note we already included communication and computer skills in Requirements; we might duplicate. Better to move those to Skills and keep Requirements focused on education/experience. However we must preserve all info; duplication is okay but maybe not ideal. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Better to avoid duplication by moving those items to Skills and removing from Requirements. Let's restructure: Requirements: education, experience, foundational knowledge, experience with sampling methods, ability to wear PPE, ability to work onsite, car/travel, good driving record. Skills: communication, computer proficiency. Qualifications: preferred credentials. Let's list. Requirements bullet list: - Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental health, public health, chemistry, biology or closely related field. - 1-3 years of relevant safety, industrial hygiene, laboratory, research experience. - Foundational knowledge of occupational safety and health principles and laboratory chemical hazards. - Experience with industrial hygiene sampling methods and monitoring equipment. - Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in laboratory, testing, and equipment areas. - Ability to work onsite in the greater Seattle area at least three days per week and respond to laboratory needs during scheduled onsite hours. - Working car and willingness to travel locally between laboratory locations. - Must have good driving record. Skills bullet list (or p). Could be bullet. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint Online, etc. Qualifications bullet list as before. Benefits: need to capture all substantive info from "Employee Benefits" section. Paragraph: "APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC is committed to providing an extensive range of benefits that protect and promote the health and financial well-being of our employees and their families through the APTIM Benefits Marketplace https://aptim.makeityoursource.com/. Medical, vision, and dental insurance: Through the marketplace, our employees can choose benefits from five metallic levels and several carriers to find the right benefits that work for them in their location. Company paid and optional Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (eligibility based on company policy and applicable law) 401(k) APTIM offers three 401k plans through the Aon Pooled Employer Plan (PEP). The specific plan you are eligible for depends on the business unit you are in. The details of the largest plan are found here: APTIM 401(k) GuideAPTIM - Helpful Documents Watch Our Video About APTIM - In Pursuit of Better" We need to preserve all that. Could format as
  • for each benefit item. Let's extract items: - Medical, vision, and dental insurance: choose from five metallic levels and several carriers via APTIM Benefits Marketplace. - Company paid and optional Life insurance. - Short-term and long-term disability insurance. - Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage. - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (eligibility based on company policy and applicable law). - 401(k) plans: three plans through Aon Pooled Employer Plan (PEP); specific plan depends on business unit; details of largest plan in APTIM 401(k) Guide. Also mention the marketplace URL. We could keep a paragraph for the marketplace intro and then list. Pay: we have the pay range statement. We should not include "As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate..." but we need to keep the substance: pay range $30-40 per hour, depends on factors. We can put in

. Now schedule: none. Now also we have "About APTIM" and "What You Can Expect From APTIM". Those are substantive but not covered by headings. Could we put them under About the role? Might be okay to extend About the role to include company description and expectations. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine About APTIM and What You Can Expect into About the role section as additional paragraphs. Thus About the role will contain: job overview + company description + what you can expect. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s). Could be multiple

    tags. We'll output:
