Junior Racking Installer

Essential Functions

• Exercise and encourage proper safety practices at all times.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, and personnel management.
• Effectively use a variety tools properly to optimize productivity.
• Utilize sound decision making and problem solving practices.
• Work efficiently with others to achieve team goals.

Education And Experience

• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and/or construction experience required.
• Relevant knowledge or warehousing/distribution, pallet rack design, material handling equipment etc.
• Able to properly utilize a variety of tools and large equipment.
• Safety training or equipment operation certifications are a plus.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to work on a team and on individual tasks.
• Coachable and have a desire to learn new skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Able to stand and work for long hours with necessary tools and PPE.
• Able to lift up to or in excess of 50 pounds regularly as well as climb and kneel semi regularly.
• An optimistic attitude focused on WINNING for our customers.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $15-$30/hour.
• Eligible for overtime.
