Key Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Support cost estimation, planning, and budget allocation for projects.
• Conduct on-site measurements and valuations for completed work.
• Analyze and evaluate contractor and subcontractor bids.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and specifications.
• Aid in managing contract variations and preparing cost reports.
• Maintain oversight of project progress and financial expenditures.
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts and settlement processes.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience: Working experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with AutoCAD and CostX software.
