Job Description

You’ll manage projects, track progress and budgets, and follow GDOT systems and procedures. Core Responsibilities

  • Use Microsoft Office platforms to manage projects and tracking project progress.
  • Effectively apply project management tools and practices.
  • Manage projects and achieve project milestones.
  • Cookordinate project budget and perform funds management.
  • Implement Georgia Department of Transportation systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a field relating to engineering, project management, science, or comparable industry or 3 years of experience in a comparable industry.
  • Communicates written & verbally effectively with teams, local governments, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Adapts to new challenges, demonstrates strong attention to detail, analyzes problems, and develops practical solutions while working independently on multiple tasks.

Skills

  • Experience with GDOT Plan Development Process or comparable processes.
  • Project Management Institute certification(s).
  • Enjoys learning.

Pay

$60,000 to $70,000 based on experience and certification.

Schedule

Occasional local travel required with primarily in-office schedule (hybrid option negotiable).
