Responsibilities
- Safety is E2 Optics' top priority. Employees are expected to follow all safety protocols and assist in maintaining a family-centric culture.
- Support project engineering, quality control, contract administration, shop drawing review, submittals, and related support functions.
- Coordinate and review drawings, specifications, bill of materials, project change requests, and document control.
- Design, create, implement, and administer labels that comply with customer specifications.
- Manage inventory control, monitor label printing equipment, and resources, and oversee label printing operations.
- Collaborate with the project team to improve project efficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
- Respond to Request for Information (RFIs), project data submittals, and task-specific methods of operation.
- Work with project and field management teams and field personnel to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Travel as required (5% of the time).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Applicable Associate Degree preferred
- 2-5 years work experience in the low voltage construction industry
- 2-5 years experience in an administrative office setting preferred
- Hyperscale data center knowledge is preferred
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with AutoCAD preferred
- Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods required

- Ability to research information and identify solutions regarding technical and design issues

- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
