Responsibilities
- Prepares and analyzes cost forecasts/budgets for company Program Managers
- Provides financial reporting to customers, sets up, administers, and closes out charge numbers and work force in Unanet financial system
- Assists in revenue review and recognition and billing systems support
- Tracks/analyzes/reconciles labor, travel, and ODC expenditures
- Assists in preparation of internal budgets
Qualifications
- Experience with or willingness to learn Unanet financial software
- Experience with or basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis
- Basic knowledge of Government contract administration
- Active clearance is strongly desired
- Zero to 1+ years directly related experience in government contracting program control function
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
