Your Tasks
- Perform safety testing in accordance with international safety standards and internal test procedures in a laboratory environment when required.
- Review test plans, specifications, and project documentation prior to initiating testing activities.
- Prepare accurate and clearly structured technical reports and supporting documentation aligned with applicable standards.
- Generate project revenue by recording engineering hours related to constructional reviews, testing, preliminary evaluations, and certification activities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of test equipment operation and ensure calibration, functionality, and proper use.
- Follow standard laboratory procedures, including documentation practices, equipment storage, test area cleanup, and test area sign‑out.
Your Qualifications
- Professional experience in product safety testing, compliance, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of international safety standards and testing methodologies.
- Able to prepare clear, detailed technical reports and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment operation, calibration requirements, and safe laboratory practices.

Additional Information
- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $70,000 - 80,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
