About the Role Join Hiredbuddy as a Junior Product Manager and help shape the future of AI model training. You'll work remotely to coordinate data annotation projects, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality training data. Responsibilities Assisting in the creation and documentation of product requirements for AI training tasks, including prompt crafting, response evaluation, and data annotation guidelines.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data collection and labeling initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met.Monitoring project performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and generating reports for stakeholders.Supporting the onboarding and training of new contributors on platform tools and best practices.Identifying bottlenecks in workflows and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and output quality.Collaborating with the engineering team to test new features, provide feedback, and prioritize bug fixes.Acting as a liaison between contributors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. Required Skills 0-2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Basic understanding of data analysis and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.Interest in AI, machine learning, and data labeling.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
