Junior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the end-to-end design and development of new products, from concept through production.
• Researches trends, color, materials, and consumer insights to support the identification of future product opportunities.
• Develops seasonal color palettes and product concepts aligned with the brand's design direction.
• Owes the design and development of non-frame products, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Creates clear design briefs and coordinates cross-functional input throughout the product development process.
• PARTNERS Closely with Marketing to develop products that support campaign, merchandising, and channel needs.
• Prepares sketches, renderings, specifications, and presentation materials to communicate design intent.
• Collaborates with Product Development, Sourcing, and external vendors to refine designs and resolve production challenges.
• Maintains organized product documentation, samples, and development timelines.
• SUPPORTS the Senior Product Designer in building a consistent, scalable product design process while contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of eyewear development experience, with demonstrated forecasting and merchandising judgement.
• Experience with Adobe suite preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
• Highly organized and proactive in creating and maintaining processes and systems.
• Result driven, detail oriented individual, with an ability to work independently in a high-performance environment.
• Focus on delivering individual goals that ladder up to overall company goals.
• As part of the design and decision process, comfort with trying on frames and documenting fit through modeling of the product.
