We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing role and company? The posting includes company description and role overview. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as a
maybe preceded by
About the role
. - Responsibilities: we have "As The Successful Candidate, You Will ..." list of duties. Also "Requirements For All Sectors" includes duties like "Perform assignments related to your sector Assist with preparation of detailed design for projects Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications Coordination with other technicians/engineers on projects Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed". That's also responsibilities. Could combine. - Qualifications: we have "Qualifications Roles at this level are filled by recent or soon to be university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in cemical engineering, materials science engineering, or mechanical engineering Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale". That's benefits. - Pay: not mentioned, so omit. - Schedule: not mentioned (though mentions in-office environment). Could be considered schedule? It says "At Hatch, we greatly value in-person interaction and collaboration and are therefore an in-office environment. While flexibility is always provided to work remotely when needed, we encourage our teams to be in the office for most of the time." That's schedule info. Could include a Schedule section. But rule: only include if posting actually states them. It does state in-office expectation. So we could add a Schedule section with that content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, visa sponsorship note, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "Note: Applicants must submit a transcript..." (application instruction). Also remove "[[req_postHashtag]]". Also remove "If it isn't grown, it's mined." maybe keep as part of company description? It's part of intro; it's substantive? It's a tagline; could keep but it's not boilerplate. It's okay. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's craft sections:About the role

Schedule
At Hatch, we greatly value in-person interaction and collaboration and are therefore an in-office environment. While flexibility is always provided to work remotely when needed, we encourage our teams to be in the office for most of the time.
We already mentioned in-office in About the role; but we can still have schedule section. Might be duplicate but okay. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, visa sponsorship, accommodation request, transcript note, hashtag. Also removed "We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals." That's somewhat like application instruction; but it's not exactly instruction to apply, but it's about connecting with recruiter. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not a legal/EEO line; it's about process. Could keep? It's not a list of duties/benefits. It's more about application process. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about connecting with recruiter; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove. Also removed "Hatch will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position." That's visa sponsorship note; remove. Also removed "We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals." Remove. Also removed "Don't meet every single requirement? You don't need to. At Hatch, we are building a diverse, inclusive workplace that fosters innovation. If you're interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if your past experiences don't perfectly align with the skills we've listed. We're committed to fostering a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities in which we operate and serve." That's EEO/diversity statement; remove. Also removed "Hatch is an Equal Opportunity Employer that considers applicants without regard to age, race, color, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran, or any other protected status. If you have any accommodation requirements, please let us know. We'll do our best to meet your needs in accordance with applicable local legislation." Remove. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive content: The company description about 70 years, 10k colleagues, etc is in About the role. The "We’re entrepreneurs with a technical soul..." etc included. The "At Hatch, we greatly value in-person interaction..." we placed in schedule but also duplicated in About the role; we might want to avoid
