About the role
The role involves analyzing and interpreting complex documents, preparing summaries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret various types of documents including contracts, policies, and reports.
- Create concise summaries and recommendations based on document analysis.
- Evaluate documents against regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address issues identified in documents.
- Prepare and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in document analysis or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data entry and basic coding skills are beneficial.
