Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse General Liability caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans, including high-stakes depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Supervise associate attorneys and legal support staff, providing guidance on case development and professional growth.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance carriers and corporate clients, ensuring high-level service and reporting.
- Support practice group expansion through networking and maintaining strong industry relationships.
Technical Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Texas Bar Membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 4+ years of General Liability or Insurance Defense litigation experience.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex litigation and leading a legal team.
