Junior Packaging Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain tray, carton, and can layouts
• Generate forward-thinking ideas to support future innovation and evolving packaging requirements
• Ensure all packaging meets regulatory requirements for the beverage category
• Review proofs and prepress files for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness
• Stay informed on industry trends, printing capabilities, and material innovations
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all packaging assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field
• Create impactful packaging and brand experiences that resonate with consumers
• Drive creative development from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency
• Strong technical skills in layout development and prepress
• Solid knowledge of beverage labeling regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design tools

Pay

Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
