About the Role
Support enterprise network operations, monitoring performance and assisting with routine tasks across LAN, WAN, wireless, and external connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain bandwidth and utilization reports, providing visibility into network performance and usage trends.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), availability metrics, and service performance to support SLA compliance.
- Assist in preparing and distributing communications for planned outages and maintenance activities.
- Support incident response activities by assisting mid and senior engineers with monitoring, ticket updates, and basic troubleshooting tasks.
- Update and maintain records in enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy and completeness of operational data.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT operations, network operations, or technical support functions in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to create and maintain reports on network performance, utilization, and availability metrics.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and network performance metrics.
- Ability to maintain technical documentation and operational records accurately.
- Experience supporting ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for tracking operational activities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in network operations, IT support, or a related technical role.

Pay
Annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000.
