Junior .NET developer

About the Role

We are seeking a .NET Developer to join our onsite team in Fremont, California. This full-time position involves developing and maintaining enterprise web applications using modern .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Build scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive UI using Angular.
• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Work with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optimize queries.
• Integrate Redis caching and Kafka messaging for event-driven architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other developers.
• Follow coding standards and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience for mid-level positions; 5–9 years for senior positions.
• Experience with enterprise applications, distributed systems, and multi-database environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 8 preferred), and RESTful Web APIs.
• Experience with Angular (or React for some roles) for frontend development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Entity Framework Core, and SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
