Junior Medical Quality Engineer
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include sections only if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Given posting: It includes location (onsite Pittsburgh, PA). About The Job: description of role. Then "Your Role" with many duties. Then "Your Skills And Experience" with qualifications. Then compensation range. Then benefits description. Then other boilerplate (EEO etc) to remove. We need sections: About the role (maybe "About The Job"): we can put heading About the role and include prose summarizing? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the content verbatim? Probably we can keep the paragraphs as
. For duties list, we need
- . The "Your Role" paragraph is a long list of duties separated by periods; we could split into list items. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can convert sentences into list items. That's acceptable as it's not summarizing away detail, just restructuring. Must not invent.
Similarly for skills and experience: list.
Benefits: we have description of benefits package; we can put under Benefits heading with
- items.
Pay: we have compensation range; we can put under Pay heading with
containing the range and note. Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule section. Also we might have Qualifications vs Skills sections. The posting has "Your Skills And Experience" which includes education, experience, knowledge, certifications, plus some behavioral competencies. Could split into Requirements (maybe education/experience) and Qualifications (certifications) and Skills (behavioral). But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Ensure each has substantive content. Let's parse: About the role: The paragraph after "About The Job" includes: "This is a Medical Junior Quality Engineer role, to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's generic; we can keep as prose. Responsibilities: The "Your Role" paragraph enumerates many duties. We'll split each sentence into
- . Requirements: Education and experience: "Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in medical device quality engineering or a related field." Qualifications: Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, EU MDR, risk management (ISO 14971). Experience with Design Control, Process Validation, CAPA, NC and Supplier Quality. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (MinitabJD) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC). Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification is a plus. Skills: The behavioral competencies list: Building Strategic Working Relationships..., Quality Orientation..., Decision Making..., Performance/Work Standards..., Information Monitoring... We'll put as
- . Benefits: The paragraph about benefits: "Capgemini offers a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees. In the U.S. and Canada, available benefits are determined by local policy and eligibility and may include: Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F), defined by policy: Vacation: 12-25 days, depending on grade, Company paid holidays, Personal Days, Sick Leave Medical, dental, and vision coverage (or provincial healthcare coordination in Canada) Retirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k) in the U.S., RRSP in Canada) Life and disability insurance Employee assistance programs Other benefits as provided by local policy and eligibility" We'll turn each benefit into

Pay: The compensation range paragraph: "The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 - $122,400. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws."
We'll keep as
maybe with note. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimers, etc. Also location: "Location This is an onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA". Could include as a short
maybe under About the role? But we have no heading for location; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. But we should not create a heading for location unless we have a section; we could just add a
before sections: "Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA." That's permissible as it's not a heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
