Junior Lifecycle CRM Manager

Role Overview

Support senior team members in delivering reliable execution outcomes while building role-specific capability and commercial awareness.

You will work under senior guidance within the Owned Channels function. This position prioritizes execution quality, documentation discipline, and learning velocity. You will contribute to planning and reporting cycles with clear ownership boundaries.

Core Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution tasks across active client programs.
• Prepare weekly updates, QA checklists, and implementation notes for senior review.
• Assist with setup and optimization tasks using approved SOPs and governance standards.
• Track assigned KPI indicators and escalate anomalies early.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep delivery timelines on track.

Requirements And Qualifications

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent internship/project track record.
• Strong fundamentals in digital marketing operations and data-aware execution.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and maintain documentation quality.
• Clear written communication and proactive coordination habits.
• Willingness to learn quickly and operate in a KPI-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to agency or in-house growth execution environments.
• Comfort with analytics dashboards and productivity workflows.
