Junior Kitchen and Bath Designer

Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 annually + bonus opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Designer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Create and update CAD drawings including floorplans, elevations, and MEP plans
• Manage project pricing including purchase orders and vendor quotes
• Assist in the design and upkeep of showroom displays
• Prepare detailed installation packets with final drawings and specifications
• Support showroom operations including greeting clients and answering phones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or 20/20)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Adobe PDF
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate prior to start
